overall it is a good guest house to stay. all staff and the manager is very nice
Areas for improvement:
there is a bad smell comming out thr drain of the toilet, i think there need to do some work of the drain pipe system.

If you need a basic room to sleep, then it does the job. I believe that if you find it below £50 per night, it's a good deal. I wouldn't pay more.

It needs a renovation.
